The ‘Parent and Teachers Association (PTA)’ of Kudarikilu School submitted this proposal aiming to improve the facilities in the class room and protect the students from dust from chalk board and reduce maintenance costs.

All necessary items for the installation of the Whiteboards were donated to PTA on July 2013. Nonetheless, the physical works began on November after the elections as most of the parents were busy engaged with the presidential campaign activities. By the end of 2013, 5 white boards were installed out of the proposed 7. PTA plans to complete the installation of the remaining two whiteboards early in 2014.
