Construction of Water and Sewerage System in progress
Construction of Water and Sewerage System in Ha. Thuraakunu started on 3rd September 2014 with the arrival of construction materials to the island.
An agreement was signed with Altec Maldives Pvt Ltd for the construction of this project. To this date company has started work on establishing sewerage network (gravity), installation of manholes, connecting to houses and installation of sea outflow pipes. Both Water and Sewerage system are estimated to complete by 2nd quarter of 2015.
This is a donation to the community of Ha. Thuraakunu from Ali Fulhu Thuthu Foundation.
